Find a campsite - if you plan to stay over on Sunday night, be sure and camp in those designated camping areas or you will have to move. If you are NOT planning on staying on Sunday night, please leave those areas for others who are staying. (areas will be marked)
Check in at the pavilion to verify canoe reservations.
Bring your dinner and S'more "fixings" for the pavilion and enjoy the fellowship. Gather at the campfire later in the evening (location to be determined that evening).
Saturday - May 25
Morning: Gather at 9:00 for planning and to leave for the canoe trip that starts at 10:00 and runs until 4:00.
Day: For non-canoers, activities may be planned with the help of volunteers.
Early Evening: There will be a "Saturday Night Potluck at the Buffalo" with the main course grilled by volunteers (including veggie dish). Each family should bring a side dish or dessert item to share! (A-F: Breads, G-L: Vegetables, M-R: Potatoes/Rice/Pasta, S-Z: Desserts)
If you have not paid in advance, the cost will be $5.00 per adult, $3 per child under 12 for the meat/veggie main course and paper goods (plates, napkins, knives, forks and spoons).
Later: Gather at the Campfire for music and songs
Sunday - May 26
Morning: An early Intergenerational Worship service, then leave for the 9:00 canoe shuttle.
Afternoon: Hanging out, packing up, saying goodbye to those leaving.
Evening: 6:00 pm cookout/potluck at Cabins 8/9/10 - bring what you want!
Monday - Memorial Day - May 27
A couple of the group camping areas have been reserved over until Monday for those who wish to stay longer. Be sure and camp in those areas or you'll have to move on Sunday afternoon. Sometimes we get another canoeing trip going as it is very quiet on the river on Monday.
